Information you choose to send
The enquiry form asks for your name, email address, equipment location, model and details. Company, availability and condition information help with the review. If you email attachments, those attachments become part of the correspondence. Please send only information relevant to the equipment enquiry.
How the enquiry is handled
We use the information to review the proposed equipment, contact you and keep a record of the discussion. Enquiries from the SIB equipment websites are handled through shared SIB operations. Submitting this form does not subscribe you to a newsletter.
Services used by this website
Cloudflare hosts the site, processes form requests and stores enquiry records. Resend processes the notification email. Domain email routing forwards the correspondence into our operational Gmail inbox and retains an inbound record. Google Fonts supplies the site typography; loading those fonts connects your browser to Google. Hosting and email services process technical information needed to operate and protect their services.
Operational records and protection
Submitted enquiries are retained in operational records and email correspondence for follow-up and transaction administration. This site also uses a short-lived request counter to limit repeated form submissions; it stores a hash derived from the connection address rather than adding your IP address to the enquiry email. No advertising tracker is added by this enquiry form.
Questions or corrections
Contact [email protected] to ask about an enquiry, correct information or request removal of information you supplied. Include your enquiry reference when available. Information needed for an agreed transaction or other applicable obligations may need separate handling.

Optional equipment-brief builder
The brief builder prepares a summary in your browser. It does not send your answers while you type. If you choose “Use in enquiry”, the brief is stored in this tab’s session storage so the contact page can add it to your message. It is removed after import, when you clear it, or when the browser ends the session. Briefs older than 24 hours are not imported. Only submitting the contact form sends the message to us. Avoid personal, patient, confidential research or account-access information in the builder.
