LC, GC, mass spectrometry and spectroscopy instruments can be offered as a complete installation or as individual modules. List the main instrument and each supporting unit separately, then mark which belong together.

Life-science and imaging equipment
Microscopy, flow cytometry and molecular platforms often have valuable components outside the main cabinet. Photograph the setup before separating it and identify the optics, detector hardware and accessories being offered.

Bench and support equipment
Centrifuges, incubators and cold-storage equipment need their own model and condition records. A broad description such as “general lab equipment” is difficult to assess without a line-by-line list.
Useful details: Exact model; quantity; rotors or shelves; operating status; dimensions if known.

Department and multi-room lists
For a larger disposal, use one row per item and a group identifier for connected systems. Keep site and room references attached to the item so that photographs and collection arrangements can be matched later.
